Returns & Exchanges


We hope you love your Eym purchase, however if you’re looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.

Please email confirming what you would like to send back together with your order number and we will arrange the return.


Please state which candle you would like to exchange for and why. We offer free shipping on exchanges.

Refund conditions

  • Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.

  • We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.

  • Eym does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Please be sure to include your order number when returning the item.

  • Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Eym.

  • Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.

  • Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • Eym does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
