So we thought we'd share what's been making us feel good this month...
Book
Breath, The New Science of a Lost Art - "Journalist James Nestor travels the world to discover the hidden science behind ancient breathing practices". A brilliant book, breathing and the mind are so intertwined.
Exercise
The Nike Training App - free, bitesized classes that are so so good. There's really no excuse to not step away from you desk and do a 10 minute strength class.
Socks
Glassworks London socks - cosy, stylish and really affordable.
Candles (of course!)
Home, the grounding one has been on repeat. An incredibly soothing and grounding fragrance. In the bath, reading a book, or watching TV. Candles make everything better.
